Management. Few examples could include: effort spent on creation of Technology Knowledge Objects, frequency of update of
Technology Knowledge Management System, usage of Technology Knowledge Management System, percentage of queries resolved by
the usage of knowledge repository, reduction of time to find information for diagnosis and fixing incidents and problems,
etc.
The Technology Knowledge Manager should establish and maintain reports in sufficient detail so the content and status of
Technology Knowledge Management is known, also ensure that relevant stakeholders are informed on the same.
